Replace your Litter-Robot 3 base. The base does not include Connect or a power supply. Note: Never submerge or soak the base. The base contains the cat sensor and electronics. You can wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with a disinfectant, but do not use bleach. Keep fluids and sprays from getting into the motor cavity.
Bisque or light colour only.

I have had very few problems with my Litter robot (I had the original one) but on the occasions where I did, the customer service has been fantastic. Sadly, it was due for a new base after many years of use and the service once again was terrific with the base arriving a couple of days after I ordered it. I have one happy cat again
I am very happy with the service provided by Mary at Catevolution. She has been assisting with the issues of my cat Litter Robot for a while & when it can’t be fixed she replaced it for me as it is still under warranty. I am so thankful for that. The new base is working good now. Good working Litter Robot happy cats! No more pooing on the bathroom floor🙀🙀🙀!
