Q&A

I'm considering buying the gate to help with spillage, as my cat is spreading litter everywhere when he jumps out :( If I buy just one item, do you guys have expensive shipping?)

( Adam, 31/12/2019 )

For the litter scatter, I have tried the fence and the ramp. I found the
ramp really effective as my boy used to leap out (in joy Im sure) and trail
litter like a comet tail. The ramp encourages a stately waltz down the steps
which are angled to catch litter from paws, before getting to ground. A mat at
the end of the ramp completes capture in most cases, and certainly improves
tracking hugely.

Shadow is a digger, not a flicker. If your kitties are flickers, then a
fence is helpful.

PS accessory price includes shipping with Australia Post Australia wide ;o)

Do you know when the Open Air Fence will be back in stock? ( Mirella Parry, 25/05/2019 )
We will have more fences in the next order, due to arrive  August.

A temporary measure is to put tape across the entry, to see if it helps with your issue.

The fence is working great, we have a cat that ‘sometimes uses the box otherwise the floor’ but when he does use the box he sprays litter everywhere this has seem to stop him now

We are two Birman cats and we LOVE our Litter Robot (affectionately known as "poo bot"). We also love vigorously covering our waste so as a result we sometimes either kick the litter so high that it comes flying out of the Litter Robot or we try and use the rubber surround at the opening to cover it up. We started damaging the rubber surround with our claws so our humans intervened and bought us this Open Air Fence. It is really awesome. It stops the flying litter problem and also encourages us to use the litter for waste cover up, rather than the rubber part around the opening.
We are all very happy, and we love our Litter Robot more than ever!
