We love our litter robot so do our cats. No more smelly house for guests. Some of our cats are still observing the litter robot some started using it from day 2 of unboxed. Happy purchase and we received very quick response to our queries and delivery of the robot.

Enjoyed putting contoure cat tree together, very gentle. Plus my two cats now starting to use it a lot.

Thanks so much for your help. I was able to fit all the new parts fairly quickly. The machine is now back up and running, and my cats are very happy.

I reckon it was the pinch detectors. They were very corroded, and it was hard to see that without taking them out.

Life changing!
Best money I've ever spent. I use the catsan litter and mix with crushed up tofu litter and this is wording fantastically. There's a bit of tracking after each use but a mat in front of the machine picks up most of it. All the cats took to it fast. Even my large 8kg boy uses it and fits in the portal easily.
Highly recommend. The company and after purchase support is also very good. 5 stars

I received the new parts earlier today and installed them without issue, so far the robot seems to be working like brand new!

We have received our base and all is in working order again!

One of our cats (who also needs the special food carefully mashed or she'll vomit) refused to share litter boxes with the other cat or use a dirty litter box. Instead, she started peeing around the house (including right on our bed while I was lying in it). So we moved her to the garage. After much research, I bought the litter robot. We left the problem cat in the garage with the robot and followed the training instructions. When she was fully acclimated, we moved the robot inside. Now the robot is her special always clean private litter box (the other cat won't use it). And yes, this is a highly first world problem and response to a problem. But the cat is family, and we like her, despite the peeing and vomiting. And sending her back to the RSPCA would've been sad. So at least we solved the litter box problem. By the way, the robot just fine though I couldn't figure out the app.

I just wanted to let you know that we have 100% transitioned our 3 cats to the litter robot and we couldn't be happier! It took about a week, no accidents or confusion - their other trays just got left unused once we didn't clean them regularly (2 days maybe?)
Having a clean odourless litter tray has stopped any soiling other than in the robot and they seem to be getting on a lot better now without territory disputes!
The clay clumping litter you recommended is much cheaper and more effective and we use less. And we don't have any more family arguments about emptying litter trays :)

My cats love their new litter robot! Transition has been nice and easy in spite of it being set up in a different location from previous litter box (a little too large for that space) my kitten was climbing into everything she could before it was even assembled and spent about ten minutes digging around once there was some litter in there. More surprising was my fussy seventeen year old, who has previously struggled with enclosed litter boxes and has arthritis, absolutely loves it!

I think I'll be getting the fence and litter trapping mat to help with some of the flicking (I also bought the stairs) but both of my fur babies are diggers and one likes to leap from the entrance over the stairs in a single bound haha
