Litter-Robot Connect: My Robot went offline and I have not changed my router and other appliances are still connected to my internet
We need to perform a hard reset on the Litter-Robot. While the unit is powered ON, unplug the Litter-Robot by removing the power jack from the back of the base without turning the Robot off. Wait 10-15 seconds, and plug it back in. Turn it on. Once the initial cycle is complete, open the app and check for connection.
If you go offline again, check your SSID signal strength. You may need to move your router closer to your Litter-Robot.
