Litter-Robot Connect: I am unable to scan the QR code to onboard my Connect app
First:
- Make sure camera permissions are turned on for the Litter-Robot Connect app.
- Make sure your camera is free of smudges and undamaged.
- If the camera is broken, use another device to onboard the unit.
Then:
- Open your device settings
- Go to privacy
- Go to the camera
- Turn Litter-Robot “ON"
