QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Hi there, I have had your cat robot for about three years and I absolutely love it And can not recommend it enough to peopleBut the last couple of months I have noticed it has not been working to its full capacity And now my robot will not cycle at all There is a blue light flashing If I press cycle it eraticly flashes yellow I have tried to do the hard reset as well as follow every you tube video I'm wondering if the internal parts need replacing with this upgrade kit Or is there something else I can try
Hi Meeghan, great to hear you have been enjoying the automatic lifestyle, but sorry you have an issue. The blue flashing light and fast flashing yellow on push of RESET button is indicative of the DFI sensor and possibly pinch detectors having an issue. Replacing the mainboard which is part of the upgrade kit, is not the correct part for the error. https://catevolution.com.au/litter-robot-components.html/litter-robot-3-open-air-dfi-boards.html is the link for the parts. Do let me know if you need further at this time! PS excellent information provided, and you are welcome to email support@catevolution.com.au for further help!
